We are pleased to announce that the much anticipated phase 2 addition to FREE:D is being prototyped and will be available to order in time for the new term. This exclusive piece of playground equipment is only available from ESP Scotland and will be supported by the existing CPD training package from Parkour Generations.
The Scaffolding Section builds on the existing Level 1 package and can be ordered as an addition to be installed alongside the first package, to further develop movement skills such as balance, vaulting and landing.
Paul Ogilvie had this to say about the FREE:D playground equipment at Knottingley High School and Sports College:
“The FREE:D zone at Knottingley High School and Sports College has completely changed attitudes towards physical activity. Knottingley’s young people have been amazed with the new facility which allows them to express themselves in a whole new way. FREE:D allows them to train and perform in a way that is different to anything else available. They challenge each other and enjoy the element of risk when increasing their skills. There has even been a notable reduction in bullying, smoking and an increased interest from the dis-engaged.”
